Structurally Glazed Unitized Curtain Walls

Structurally glazed curtain walls represent the latest trend of facades suitable for architectural buildings. We have developed our systems through the association with American and Australian curtain wall fabrication companies.

We are able to design the curtain walls to suit the functional and aesthetic requirements of individual buildings by professionally qualified architects and engineers. These include shop drawings, assembly drawings, method statements as well as structural engineering calculations. Mock-up tests if required can be easily arranged at independent testing facilities in Thailand or in other countries.

We use high quality aluminium extrusions which are fabricated by our state-of-the-art fabrication facilities.

Vandal resistant doors and windows for residences

We are able to supply high doors and windows using European design technology and European hardware/ accessories. For doors and windows we use high quality aluminium or PVC extrusions which are fabricated by our state-of-the-art fabrication facilities

Large glass walls

COMPLETE VISION GLASS WALLS: These are made of individual pieces of glass spanning the total height of the glass system. Depending on the height, the glass can be suspended from the top or standing on the bottom support. The wind load of the facial glass is resisted by the stiffener glass fins located perpendicular to the facial glass at the joints. Depending on the restrictions of transport, the maximum height of the glass can vary up to 10 Metres. The width and thickness of the fin depend on the wind load, total height and the width of facial glass.

The advantages of this system includes the unrestricted total vision without any metal obstructions. This system is ideal for show rooms and podiums of commercial buildings or hotel lobbies.

KS FLUSH GLASS WALLS: These assemblies are made by connecting pieces of tempered safety glass with metal patch fittings. The fittings are located between facial and stiffener rib glass joints. The joints are arranged in such a way that exterior face of the glass would be flush without any metal protrusions. As several pieces are connected the total height can be up to about 16 Metres depending on the wind load and the width of the facial glass.

The advantages of this system includes the use of safety glass as well as the large vertical span up to 16 Metres This system is also ideal for show rooms and podiums of commercial buildings or hotel lobbies.

DYNA DOORS & GLASS ENTRANCES: These are the frame-less glass wall entrances including automatically or manually operated door panels. Depending on the design intent of the architects stainless steel or granite panels can be matched to obtain an aesthetically appealing view at the entrances.

This system is ideal for entrances of commercial buildings or hotels.

Balustrades

PRESE 2001 GLASS WALLS & BALUSTRADES: These are assembled using new generation of glass connectors made of precision cast fittings and accessories. The glass is connected to the PRESE 2001 connectors which are in turn supported by the main structure or metal frames suitably located on the façade.

This system is ideal for vast glass façades assembled with metal frame-work or balustrades of large commercial complexes and airport terminal buildings.
